Designed for light, orientation and flow The Oakbridge’s design begins with how the home is sited, orientated to make the most of the sun from morning to evening, for warmth, daylight and energy efficiency throughout the day.

Materials & form The exterior draws on a considered material palette (cedar, plaster, metal and glass) paired with simple, informal and distinctive architectural forms, based off our Prestige series. A neutral colour palette lets the home integrate with, and enliven, its landscape setting.

Indoor-outdoor connection Internal spaces are proportioned to the home’s overall footprint, with a sense of expansion created by their connection to the outdoors. From the entry, a look-through to substantial planting and a water feature sets the tone. The landscape plays a central role in the home’s outlook throughout, with attractive exterior details designed to be viewed from inside as a backdrop.

Comfort & climate control Careful window sizing and placement, paired with opening sashes for cross ventilation and external louvre assemblies, help moderate and control solar gain year-round.

This is the home that won a Gold Award and placed in the Top 100 at the 2024 Master Builders House of the Year, and also featured in Abode Magazine’s “Best in Show”.
