Fantastic company to build our first home with. Hallmark provided us with all the information we needed to make our choices, were flexible and kept our best interests in mind always. We love our house design and the quality of the build is fantastic. Great value for money - plus lovely people too!

Well presented Showhome, interesting smart features installed and some great ideas for layouts, especially in the outdoor living and master bedroom spaces. It's not cheap but you certainly get what you pay for here!

Very impressive show home at Te Wharaki, Lincoln. Really worth going to see with great indoor outdoor flow. Best feature for me was the master bedroom walk in wardrobe - really great.

Cannot recommend enough. They made our first build stress free and so easy. 2 months in and the quality is up there... absolutely recommend having a chat to Mark if you are thinking of building. Price and quality are simply unmatched

Hallmark Homes were extremely fast to build our home, the team always kept us up to date, we were able to see changes and watch our home being made start to finish. We would highly recommend Hallmark Homes to anyone wanting to build. Was quite sad at the handover, as we all got to know eachother quite well. They have been very pleasant to deal with and once again thank you so so much for making our dream house come true. 10/10!-Sarah and Scott

Hallmark Homes have been excellent to deal with. They made us feel instantly at ease and have been very accommodating with our wants and needs as first home buyers. We instantly fell in love with the plan Hayley designed and cannot wait to enjoy the rest of the building experience with the amazing hallmark team.
