	Mike Bonne Managing Director I have 15 years experience running my own building company, and 26 years experience in building industry overall. I have a BComm ACA qualification from Auckland University.
	Esther Bonne Director 15 years running building company with Mike and designing homes for clients. 14 years banking experience,  worked through all roles in building company from Office Administration, Sales to Project Management and Design.Works closely with Deborah to design concept plans for clients.
	Deborah Interior Designer/Salesperson 2 years working for Hallmark, 15 years experience in building industry, qualified Interior Designer. Previous experience in managing building projects from sale through to completion, excellent interior designer and really cares about clients she works with.
	Jodi Designer 7 years working for Hallmark, NZCE qualification. Prepares working drawings for council to get building consent, assists in designing concept plans for clients. Good engineering knowledge and has built numerous times so well aware of the process, also has project management experience.
	Debbie Office Manager 11 yrs with Hallmark. Several years banking experience prior, also extensive experience in sales and project management for previous clients and establishes a great rapport with all clients that she has worked with, extremely organised.
	Chris Site Foreman 15 years working for Hallmark, qualified Carpenter since leaving school in 1983. Site Foreman, ensures project runs smoothly and a top quality home is being built. Head carpenter for all projects including those that won National Awards for our company.
