Having a fixed price plan is not only about security - a lot of banks actually need to know before they approve your new loan.

We can itemize each specific detail that you want that is “outside of the box” (ie fencing) so you can identify where you can reduce your budget. We work with you to make sure we’re including the things that are most important to you that way you get what you want, within your budget.
